Managing Director / 1st Strike
MANTU Overbeck is a 20 years music business veteran. With his own company 1st Strike, a label group and management company, based in Berlin, he works alongside people like Thomas Gold, Deniz Koyu, AKA AKA and many more.
He worked 10 years on the major side with Universal Music Germany, the indie side as label manager of Get Physical Music & Gigolo Records and in between as label manager for Alle Farben. Right now he´s focussing on building up music careers of djs + producers in the electronic field with his company 1st Strike and you can see him as a panel speaker on conferences as the expert for music business + lecturer at the SRH University in Berlin.
